Refund policy
We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 90 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 90 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
To start a return, please first contact us at support@infinityapparel.com. The return address is set by default to the warehouse facility. If the default address isn't used as the return address, we may not receive the return and you may not receive a refund.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
We do not not accept returns of sealed goods, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.
Returned by Customer - Please contact us before returning any products to ensure product is properly returned. Except for Customers residing in Brazil, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Returns for products, as well as size exchanges are to be offered at your expense and discretion. If you choose to return in an exchange of size we ask that you return the original item for refund and purchase a new item when ready. Customers residing in Brazil and regretting a purchase must contact us at support@infinityapparel.com, and express your will to return the item within 7 consecutive days after receiving it, providing a picture of the item. The withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.
Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, therefore we reserve rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds and Returns
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Items that may not be considered for refund are items that are intentionally distressed, with material evidence that the product was damaged or used beyond normal-use.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
